Recent real estate reports (Multiple Listing System), indicate there are more than 4,000 single family homes for sale in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area. If you’re  looking to purchase a lot, there are more than 1,000 waterfront lots for sale in the Cape Coral area alone.
