You are invited to join us on Monday, November 21, 2011 for…

…an evening of Holiday cheer as we continue our annual tradition of helping children and families this holiday season! 

This old-fashioned, one night event includes an incredible Christmas tree lighting, donated food by Bubba’s RoadHouse and other local restaurants, music from local talented youth, and of course, a visit from Santa!

To get you in the holiday spirit, look for students caroling from Evangelical Christian School, and the talented Trevor Schmidt and friends singing your Christmas favorites.

Holiday refreshments and good friends will be on hand.

Helping Hands for the Holidays is Monday, November 21, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, with the ceremonial tree lighting at 6:30pm at the Team Aubuchon Building (directions to Team Aubuchon Building).

It’s that time of year again!  Starting October 15, the weekly Cape Coral Farmers Market…

…will open every Saturday at Club Square in Cape Coral (directions to Club Square) from 8am through 1pm!

The Cape Coral Farmers Market continues through May 12, 2012, and has:

• The area’s finest quality vendors – fruit, flowers, bread, unique gifts and more!
• Musicians John Friday & Dave Lapio.  They will be switching off Saturdays throughout the season, playing from 8:30am to 11:30am.  You can expect:
• Carribean & tropical-inspired music from magical sound of Dave Lapio’s steel drums, and
• The Florida laid-back attitude with tropical rock-rock, country, reggae, folk, beach and latin beats – all mixed together (and served in a coconut shell!) from John Friday.

We’re very excited to announce that our new Cape Coral Model Home, The Mandolin (featured in our last blog post) will be soon be built…

…on the property next to our Cape Coral Real Estate Information Center!

Interestingly, Andrea Signorelli, one our top real estate agents, came up with the name “Mandolin” for our model home, AND it’s also the name of the canal behind the information center near which it will built!

Steve joined Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group in 2010 and quickly found his niche in the commercial real estate sector.

Originally from Canton, Ohio, Steve made his way to SW Florida continuing his banking career at Fifth Third Bank in Naples, as Senior Vice President and Consumer Loan Statewide Manager.

By 2004, he and his banking colleague and friend, Chris Ferrer, had joined forces to co-found the Community Bank of Cape Coral, where Steve later served as CEO for several years.

After an early retirement, Steve made the decision to take on a second career and obtained his real estate license.
