Recently, Diana Daniel Agathos, our lead Interior Designer for Evalutions…
…completed a substantial Living Room Interior Decorating and Design project!
“This turned out to be a striking project, as this home was already remodeled twice prior to our remodel (they were disappointed with the previous remodels).
This became a true team focus – as we modified the layout, changed the room structure, and created a Mediterranean villa type atmosphere.
In this remodeling project, we even adjusted their front of the house!
Most importantly, our client was very thrilled with the outcome…
They felt like they had finally achieved what they had tried two times prior. As I mentioned, this was definitely a team project, and it felt great to help the client get what they were looking for”.

“With each client I work with – I like to get to know them and what their dreams and goals are…
With this particular client, their thoughts were, ‘Mid-Century – 1850’s to 1900’s – tall ships’ with that in mind, we started our process with a nautical theme called the ‘Sailor’s Dream’.
We did the ceiling detail in the Master Bedroom, and extended the feeling throughout the room. We also did quite a bit of work in the Master Bathroom — making it a beautiful, romantic & serene space. Soft focal point with the semi-oval around the bed, added a medallion that we faux finished, then added a fan to medallion.
It’s a rather unique, that’s for sure, and best of all the owners love it!”
