Recently, we developed another architectural look for the Mandolin which was inspired by the Spanish colonial style homes found off of McGregor Blvd. in the historic area of Fort Myers:

It features:

• a barrel tile roof,
• a smooth stucco finish,
• spiral pre-cast entry columns,
• French doors with shutters at the entry as well as the den (with access to the terra cotta tiled front porch),
• striped awnings above the master bath and side of the garage windows,
• a garage with three separate arch top doors with a parapet roof and wood look doors.

Our Mandolin is the newest model home from The Aubuchon Team of Companies’ affordable luxury home building division, The Sterling Collection. Named for the canal on which it is situated, this home greets you as you enter the waterfront wonderland of Cape Coral.
