Matt Lamb and Patrick Quinlan are taking Real Estate to a whole new level!

You are invited to join us on Monday, November 21, 2011 for…

…an evening of Holiday cheer as we continue our annual tradition of helping children and families this holiday season! 

This old-fashioned, one night event includes an incredible Christmas tree lighting, donated food by Bubba’s RoadHouse and other local restaurants, music from local talented youth, and of course, a visit from Santa!

To get you in the holiday spirit, look for students caroling from Evangelical Christian School, and the talented Trevor Schmidt and friends singing your Christmas favorites.

Holiday refreshments and good friends will be on hand.

Helping Hands for the Holidays is Monday, November 21, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, with the ceremonial tree lighting at 6:30pm at the Team Aubuchon Building (directions to Team Aubuchon Building).

All proceeds go to benefit:

• Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida
• Ronald McDonald House Charities
• Builders Care of Lee County

It’s that time of year again!  Starting October 15, the weekly Cape Coral Farmers Market…

(Yep – you can bring your pet!  Photo above is from 2010 Cape Coral Farmers Market!)

…will open every Saturday at Club Square in Cape Coral (directions to Club Square) from 8am through 1pm!

The Cape Coral Farmers Market continues through May 12, 2012, and has:

• The area’s finest quality vendors – fruit, flowers, bread, unique gifts and more!
• Musicians John Friday & Dave Lapio.  They will be switching off Saturdays throughout the season, playing from 8:30am to 11:30am.  You can expect:
• Carribean & tropical-inspired music from magical sound of Dave Lapio’s steel drums, and
• The Florida laid-back attitude with tropical rock-rock, country, reggae, folk, beach and latin beats – all mixed together (and served in a coconut shell!) from John Friday.

Bring your dog to the Farmer’s Market and give your pooch a tasty dog treat while you indulge in a delectable baked good or a freshly-caught grouper right out of the Gulf.

You will see some of the freshest food and unique gifts in SW Florida!

Looking for some great dog-friendly places in and around Cape Coral  (aka ‘the Cape’)?

You’ve come to the right place!

I’ve just wrapped up the content for our new eBook called “26 Pet Friendly Places In and Around The Cape“, and will be reviewing each of the places in this blog as well.

I’m really excited – because my passion (outside of my work, of course is to enjoy the Florida lifestyle with my beautiful German Shepherd, Tiki Lynn (pictured with me below).

I’ve found local restaurants, parks, retail stores, a new dog-friendly hotel, and even a local island, and after sharing this information with a few of my friends and associates — I realized there are many dog lovers out there who would also appreciate it.

Shortly, I’ll start posting my findings and a link to the eBook that has all of the information in it for you as well.
