We’re very excited to announce the building our newest Cape Coral Model Home…
…The Mandolin!
The Mandolin is named after the canal on which it is situated – this fresh, chic coastal home is the newest addition to The Aubuchon Team of Companies (be sure to check out our other available floor plans) and is scheduled to be completed in January, 2012. Highlighting the relaxed Florida lifestyle with hints of the ocean, boating, palm trees, and vibrant colors, you won’t want to leave!
It’s located right behind our Cape Coral Real Estate Information Center, at the foot of the Cape Coral bridge (address is 1811 Cape Coral Parkway E, here’s an online map for your convenience).

We’re very excited to announce that our new Cape Coral Model Home, The Mandolin (featured in our last blog post) will be soon be built…
…on the property next to our Cape Coral Real Estate Information Center!
Interestingly, Andrea Signorelli, one our top real estate agents, came up with the name “Mandolin” for our model home, AND it’s also the name of the canal behind the information center near which it will built!
The Mandolin has more than 2500 square feet under air, and groundbreaking is scheduled for October. It should be completed by February 2012. If you’d like to learn more about the details of the home, and see its floorplan, be sure to read my previous post:
The Mandolin – Our Newest Florida Floor Plan
Our Real Estate Information Center is located at 1811 Cape Coral Parkway East, near the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, at the foot of the Cape Coral bridge. Hours are: Monday through Friday 9 am – 7 pm, Saturday 9 am – 6 pm, and Sunday 11 am – 5 pm.

Steve joined Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group in 2010 and quickly found his niche in the commercial real estate sector.
Originally from Canton, Ohio, Steve made his way to SW Florida continuing his banking career at Fifth Third Bank in Naples, as Senior Vice President and Consumer Loan Statewide Manager.
By 2004, he and his banking colleague and friend, Chris Ferrer, had joined forces to co-found the Community Bank of Cape Coral, where Steve later served as CEO for several years.
After an early retirement, Steve made the decision to take on a second career and obtained his real estate license.
He currently leads the Commercial division of Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group.
